Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

Every item is handmade with care and made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks (30 days) for your order to be created and shipped. While many orders may ship sooner, processing times vary depending on current order volume, seasonal demand, and the handmade nature of our products.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that shipping transit times are separate from processing times and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Exchanges

I want you to love your purchase! If your item does not fit properly, exchanges may be available on a case-by-case basis.

To request an exchange, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • All shipping costs associated with the replacement item

  • Ensuring the item is returned in its original, unused condition

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my products, I do not accept returns for refunds, cancellations, or reimbursement.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, photos, and measurements before placing your order.

Sizing & Measurements

Measurements and sizing information are provided on each product listing. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the item will fit their needs before purchasing.

I cannot offer refunds or free exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size when measurements were clearly provided in the listing.

For Bible covers, makeup bags, and other handmade items, please double-check dimensions before ordering to ensure the correct fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so I can work with you to find a solution.
