How to Measure Your Bible

To ensure the best fit for your Bible cover, please measure your Bible carefully before ordering.

What You'll Need

• A ruler or measuring tape

• Your Bible fully closed, including any tabs, bookmarks, or inserts you normally keep inside

Step 1: Measure the Height

Measure from the top edge of your closed Bible to the bottom edge.

Step 2: Measure the Width

Measure across the front cover from the spine to the outer edge while the Bible is closed.

Step 3: Measure the Thickness

Measure the thickness (depth) of your Bible from front cover to back cover while closed.

Important Notes

• Please measure your actual Bible rather than relying on the publisher's listed dimensions.

• If your Bible has tabs, a zipper, a large print edition, or extra notes tucked inside, include those when measuring.

• Bible sizes vary greatly between publishers and editions, even when they have the same name.
