Processing Time
All items are handmade to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 14–20 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, launches, or high-volume seasons.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Quilted by Cara is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of each item, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
